Goldrush Ermelo Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Requirements
Goldrush Ermelo provides access to gaming and promotional services only to individuals 18 years and older. Users must complete FICA registration by submitting a valid ID and proof of address. Access may be denied if verification fails or if fraudulent information is detected.
2. Account Use and Limitations
One account per person is permitted. Users may not register multiple profiles, share account credentials, or impersonate others. Goldrush Ermelo reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach this policy. Account activity remains the responsibility of the registered user.
3. Transactions and Deposit Policy
Deposits must be made using the account holder’s own bank account. Transfers exceeding R10,000 must be accompanied by documented proof of funds. Withdrawals require that the deposit amount be wagered at least once. Goldrush Ermelo does not support credit betting or third-party deposits.
4. Promotions and Responsible Use
Promotions are subject to change and may include requirements such as time limits, minimum deposits, or playthrough obligations. Attempted abuse—including multi-accounting or circumvention of bonus terms—will lead to forfeited bonuses and account action.
5. User Conduct and Game Rules
Games must be used solely for lawful entertainment. Use of bots, automated scripts, or external tools is prohibited. Goldrush Ermelo reserves the right to void bets or ban users found exploiting systems, engaging in collusion, or manipulating outcomes.
6. Privacy and Data Use
All data is managed in line with POPIA. Goldrush Ermelo will not share user data with external entities except for regulatory compliance. Users can access, amend, or delete personal data by emailing [email protected].
7. Availability and Service Access
Access to services is dependent on system uptime and user connectivity. While all efforts are made to maintain access, Goldrush Ermelo is not responsible for technical interruptions, downtime, or gameplay disruptions.
8. Violations and Termination
Users in violation of these terms, or engaged in misconduct or suspected fraud, may be suspended or permanently banned. Repeat offenders may be excluded from all Goldrush-operated locations and platforms.
9. Legal Oversight and Disputes
Goldrush Ermelo operates under the Mpumalanga Gambling Board. Unresolved disputes should first be referred to customer service before being escalated to the regulator. All terms follow South African legal standards.
